Royal Jelly

Royal jelly is a thick and creamy creation, secreted by the worker bees to feed their future queen. This superfood is also necessary for the coronation of their queen. All bees larvae are born the same way, but those eating the royal jelly will become queens. Royal jelly boost queen's fertility, size and life expectancy.

Royal jelly is produced by dedicated bees, feeding the larvae, eating honey and pollen all processed by their special glands, composing and creating the royal jelly. 

The Royal Jelly has an acidic taste due to low pH and whitish to pale yellowish color.

The Royal jelly is an elixir of health and youth, considered to be a booster, full of valuable ingredients. 

The Royal jelly is a main source of vitamin B, contains thought vitamin C, in smaller quantity.

There is no recommended standardized dose for the royal jelly 

Anyone may enjoy it, consumption of a dose 

All depending of factors such as, the age, physical situation, daily activities, general health condition, etc. 

However, a common recommended dose is 1 gram per day for 15- 30 days.

For starters, The royal jelly is safe for all people. However, might initiate symptoms of allergy, or other reactions

Bee Pollen

Pollen is a product that nature offers to us, through the plants visited by bees and has the following characteristics:
a) Variety in color depending on the amount of minerals, humidity and sunshine.
b) a strong and pleasant odor
(c) Variety in taste: acid, sweet, bitter, salty, depending on the type of flowers from where is collected.

Fresh bee pollen has so many properties that is considered as a super food. 

It acts as an auxiliary and in many cases show therapeutic factors, in diseases such as prostate, stomach disorders, low immune system, allergies, intestinal problems, poor pancreas and liver function, cholesterol, triglycerides, high blood pressure, stress, inability of the body to store vitamin C, hormonal system disorder, obesity and anorexia as it brings balance in body weight.

Fresh pollen contains biological moisture, proteins, amino acids, hydrocarbons, carbohydrates, fatty acids, vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, D, E, H, K, PP, enzymes, coenzymes and minerals.

One teaspoon from the first week, increasing to two, 3 times per day, taking no later than 16:00 pm is a reasonable, recommended dose

Consumption Is recommended after the meals, keeping the dose little longer, under the tongue. Can be mixed with water, honey, yoghurt, cereals and fresh juices.

Properties Bees Wax

In ancient times, the beeswax was used to treat eczema, wound healing, dermatitis, gingivitis and mastitis.

The beeswax is a secretion of young waxy bees 10 to 15 days old, from their wax glands. The young bees shape it with their legs and jaws to build the honeycomb.

The gold of the bee creates a membrane on the skin, that protects against external agents & infections.

Properties Pine Honey

That honey production, represent 65% of total honey produced in Greece. 

The best honey is considered to be The organic pine honey, because it comes from honeydew and not from dead flowers collected by the bees. The honey has medical properties and can be used to treat burns, due to antimicrobial properties.

It is proved in ancient Greece that honey was used in various treatments. 

In 350 BC Hippocrates recommended honey for treating various diseases.

However, at that time wasn’t any mass production of honey, to include to their nutrition. Greek pine honey contains antioxidant properties, rich in fyanols and high content of trace elements such as calcium and magnesium, protects cells from free radicals.

In 2014, a study on Greek honey unveiled that has also anti-cancer properties, against prostate and breast cancer cells. It also helps control type II diabetes and prevent anemia.

Propolis
